Preparation of a study for the construction of a central sewage system in the application phase for the issuance of a Land Division Permit

The study concerning the construction of a central sewage system within the boundaries of the plot or plots, for which the owner of the proposed development is requesting permission to divide land into plots or to construct a road, will be prepared and submitted by the Surveyor appointed by the Owner of the development, after the approval of the longitudinal section plans by the Licensing Department of the Organization.

Before preparing the study of the central sewage system, the Designer of the proposed development should promptly consult with the Studies, Projects and Development Sector of the Organization, so as to receive all the necessary information for the completion of his study.

To initiate the consultation with the Organization's Studies, Projects and Development Sector, the Consultant may contact either electronically at the address [email protected], or by sending a letter, attaching a copy of the approved cadastral plan of the obtained Urban Planning Permit.

Once the design of the central sewage system has been approved, it will be constructed at the expense of the Owner of the proposed development, in accordance with the approved plans and the conditions set by the Organization.

Consent for the purposes of issuing a Certificate of Approval for a Land Subdivision Permit

The Owner who carries out construction work on a sewage system on land with the aim of dividing it into plots of land must have completed the work referred to in the Division Permit he obtained and must submit the necessary supporting documents, so that he may be granted Consent for the issuance of a Certificate of Approval for the Division Permit.
