In addition to the payment date, which is indicated on the water bill, a 10% surcharge is imposed on the amount due, only on the first bimonthly bill, which is automatically added to the next water bill.
In the case of an additional surcharge, the water bill can only be paid at the cash desks of the Public Service Department of the Nicosia District Local Government Organization or by all the aforementioned means, provided that the consumer receives the next water bill in which the surcharge is included.

Payments can be made by bank order, at the cash desks of banks that accept payments, at the offices of the Nicosia District Local Government Organization, via the internet on this website.
Consumers can pay their bills up to two months after the due date indicated on the bills.
After the payment deadline, the bill can be paid in the above mentioned ways, but a 10% surcharge will be imposed on the amount due, which will be included in the next bill.
Bank or postal cheques must be made out in the name of "Nicosia District Local Government Organization" and must be crossed out.
It is understood that after the expiry of the bill payment deadline, the Agency reserves the right to disconnect the water supply without further notice and the consumer will be charged the disconnection and reconnection costs provided for by the Regulation.
If you wish to join the automatic bill payment system, you will have to present yourself at the Organization`s offices to give your order. The account will be sent for updating and will be paid based on the information sent to the Bank by the Organization.
You can fill in the "Direct Debit Order" form,
authorizing the Nicosia District Local Government (NDLGO) to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions received from the Nicosia District Local Government (NDLGO).
