The consumer who wishes to reconnect the water meter of his/her premises must go to the Customer Service Department of the Organization, conveying his/her request, provided that:
He or she has paid the outstanding bill or has made an installment settlement of the debt, paying the first installment on the day of the settlement
has paid the reconnection costs
A request for reconnection may be made either by the Landlord by providing a copy of the Title Deed and a copy of the ID card, or by the Tenant by providing a copy of a valid Tenancy Document and a copy of the ID card.
