In order to submit and consider a request for the relocation of an existing meter, the owner of the premises or his authorized representative must contact the Customer Service Department of the Organization and submit a request through the "Request Form" EOA-W001, presenting the required documents and paying the appropriate fee.
The necessary documentation required for moving an existing meter is set forth in the Table below, depending on whether the meter is being moved:
