Settlement of an outstanding bill payment up to €400, with 4 monthly instalments
The date of the first instalment must be the same as the date of the settlement request.
The consumer receives an SMS for the payment of the next instalment. In case of late or non-payment of an instalment, the settlement is cancelled.
Up to €400
A consumer who wishes to settle payments for the outstanding amount of his/her water bill which is up to €400 can contact a service officer or send the duly completed form EOA-W009 to settle the debt by settling up to 4 monthly instalments.
