The Organization plans to operate public service hubs in decentralized locations in the Nicosia District, with the aim of serving the residents of these areas and decongesting the central Customer Service Department on Athalassas Avenue.
The public service nodes that have started operating are located:

The public can be served for Water Supply, Sewerage and Development Licensing issues.
11 Griva Digeni Street, 2831, Evrychou
The public can be served for Water Supply, Sewerage and Development Licensing issues.
2 Michalaki Karaoli Street, 2745, Paliahori Orinis
The public can be served for Water Supply and Sewerage issues.
A service hub is expected to be operational in Alambra soon.
