The annual financial statements of the Organization shall be drawn up after the end of each financial year and before 30 April of the following financial year.
They shall be considered by the Director General and the Financial Director of the Organization and audited by the Auditor General, who shall submit them, together with his report, to the Governing Board, the Minister and the House of Representatives.
The audited accounts together with the Auditor General's report shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
