Account transfer

The account can only be transferred to the owner and tenant of the premises and not to third parties.

In case the new owner of the premises is a natural person and wishes to transfer the water supply account in his/her name, the transfer is required:

A copy of the owner's identity card,
a copy of the title deed or purchase and sale document,
a photograph of the meter with the meter number clearly visible,
settlement of the last water bill,
payment of transfer fees,
certified letter of attorney in case of representation by a third person.

If the owner is a legal person, it is required:

A copy of the certificate of incorporation of the company,
Copy of the certificate of the company's directors,
copy of the director's identity card,
Company Stamp,
a copy of the title deed or purchase and sale document,
a photograph of a meter with the meter number clearly visible,
settlement of the last water bill,
payment of transfer fees,
a certified letter of attorney bearing the signature of the Director and the company's stamp if represented by a third party.

* In the case of two directors, an authorization to the representative is required.

If a landlord wishes to transfer an account in the name of the tenant, who is a natural person, it is required:

Both parties must go to the Organizations Customer Service Department or only the tenant by presenting the "Consent Form" EOA-W005 signed by the landlord,
a copy of the valid rental document,
the payment of a tenants' deposit to the fund (€125 domestic consumption, €250 commercial consumption, €800 industrial consumption),
copy of the tenant's and the landlord's identity card,
a certified letter of attorney in case a third person will represent the parties.

If the tenant is a legal person, the following is required:

Both parties must go to the Customer Service Department or only the company director or his authorized representative, presenting the " Consent Form" EOA-W005 stamped and signed by the company director and the landlord,
a copy of the company's certificate of incorporation,
a copy of the certificate of directors of the company,

Company Stamp,
a copy of the valid rental document,
the payment of a tenants' deposit to the fund (€125 domestic consumption, €250 commercial consumption, €800 industrial consumption),
a certified letter of attorney signed by the Director and bearing the company's stamp if represented by a third person.

In the case of a new apartment building where the installation of meters is pending, the transfer of the water supply bill in the name of the tenant may take place after the first water supply bill for the apartment has been issued.
