In order to submit and review a request for a new supply, the owner of the premises or his/her authorized representative must contact the Customer Service Department of the Organization and submit a request through the "Request Form" EOA-W001,presenting the required documents and paying the appropriate fee.
The necessary documentation required for new meter installation is set forth in the Table below, depending on whether the new meter installation is located:
