Tenant Guarantee Refund

The deposit amount shall be returned to the tenant of the building provided that the final water bill of the building has been paid.

In case the tenant wishes the return of the deposit paid is required:

• The tenant's physical presence in the Public Service Department.
• Copy of ID/passport.
• Photo of the meter with the current consumption reading.
• Copy of bank account IBAN.
• Certified power of attorney in the event of being represented by a third party.
• Company seal, in case the beneficiary of the guarantee is a legal entity.
