Prior to the commencement of work on the construction of a Central Sewer System in a particular area, the Agency sends affected property owners a letter along with a Form EOA-S003 in which they are required to:
- They mark on it the exact location where they want the public sewer to end at their premises (connection point)
- Fill in all other details of the form concerning the item and return it to the Consumer Service Department of the Agency or send it electronically to [email protected]
If no response is received from the affected owners within 30 days of receipt of the above letter, the public building sewer shall be placed in the center of any existing garage entrance or at another location at the Agency's discretion.
Upon completion of the construction works, the affected residents, by means of a notice published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, are invited to submit to the Agency an application with all the required documents to obtain a Construction Permit for the private sewer EOA-S001 for their premises and subsequently connect their premises to the Central Sewage System.
